HOTELS:

Booking your room:
The Conference Hotel has sold out all our rooms at the Conference Rate.  They have a few rooms left at their regular price - but not many, because there is another conference at the hotel, so there is competition for the few remaining rooms.

We have, therefore, researched and recommend another hotel - the Hyatt House - which is across the street, and has a shuttle between their hotel and the Conference Hotel.

Doubletree Hilton at Campbell Center   (Note: Conference-rate rooms are now sold out, and regular rate rooms are extremely limited, due to other conferences in the area)

TRAVEL INFORMATION:

Airport Shuttle Transportation  (GCLS has negotiated a reduced price ticket for airport transportation to and from DFW and from Love Field to the Hilton.  You MUST BUY NO LATER THAN MAY 15, 2013 to get this great savings)

Airline Discounts  (GCLS has negotiated discounts on certain ticket types with American, Delta and United Airlines.)

If you are too late to buy a reduced price airport shuttle ticket, and you have an option to fly into Love Field or DFW, Love Field is much closer to the hotel than DFW.  (You may want to compare the cost of your airline ticket versus the cost of airport shuttle, to see which airport is better for you.)
