2014/15 Board of Directors

Our Board of Directors is comprised of both elected and appointed directors. Elected directors are elected by the membership and serve 2 year terms that are renewable up to a maximum of 6 years.  Appointed directors are appointed by the Board of Directors after going through an application process.  New directors serve a probationary period of 6 months and on completing probation, serve 2 year terms renewable up to a maximum of 6 years, except when appointed to Executive Director, at which time the clock is reset to zero, and the ED may serve up to a maximum of 5 years.  An Executive Director must have served on the Board for a minimum of 2 years, prior to appointment.
