2013 Conference Sponsorships

Thank you for considering a sponsorship of the Ninth Annual, 2013 GCLS  Conference.  We offer a broad range of sponsorship packages for both our commercial and our private supporters.  There is no amount too small (or too large!).

**Additional note--if the sponsorship gives you an ad in our program, we will reduce the cost as the program has gone to print and we cannot add any more to it**

PLEASE NOTE:  The packages offered online are the most commonly asked for.  If there is a custom sponsorship package that you would like to explore, please contact our Executive Director, Patty Schramm, at director@goldencrown.org or our Director of Programs, Lizz Gibson, at lizz.gibson@goldencrown.org

We have four levels of Sponsorship:
  • Platinum: $3,000 and above
  • Gold:  $1001 - $2999.
  • Silver:   $200 - $1000.
  • Friends:  Up to $199.
Platinum Sponsors receive:
Logo on all Conference Communications and advertisements; full page color ad in Conference Program AND in Awards Program; Logo and link on website and logo on ALL Conference Signage.  Sponsors of Awards night will be recognized and/or acknowledged during the program, including sponsor signage at the event.

Gold Sponsors receive:
Full page black and white ad in Conference Program AND in Awards Program; Sponsor signage at event; Logo and link on website and logo on Conference Sponsor Signage.  Sponsors of Awards night will be recognized and/or acknowledged during the program, including signage at the event.

Silver Sponsors receive:
Half page black and white ad in Conference Program; Logo and link on Website; Event Signage.

Friends of the GCLS receive:
Name on our website and in the Conference Program (anonymity is available).

The Mission of the Golden Crown Literary Society

The Golden Crown Literary Society (GCLS) is an educational organization whose mission is for the enjoyment, discussion, and enhancement of lesbian literature and creative non-fiction. Our goals are to support and strengthen quality lesbian writing by providing places for readers and writers to interact; to encourage and assist new writers and established authors to develop their craft; and to recognize and promote lesbian work.

An all-volunteer effort relying on the expertise of its members, the GCLS works to develop programs that provide ways for readers and writers to interact, to encourage and assist new writers and established authors, and to recognize and promote lesbian literary work. The GCLS is open to anyone interested in these goals.

 

The GCLS is continually searching for those interested in helping the GCLS grow and prosper. If you would like to serve on an advisory board, please email the director of the department you would like to work with, or contact one of the other advisory board members for more information.

The Golden Crown Literary Society is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization whose mission is the promotion of, and education related to, lesbian fiction.
