This year's Sponsors:
We would like to extend a huge thank you to all who participated in the character auction to raise funds for this event.  A big shout out to the authors who offered up characters in their books at the annual character auction, and to those who bid and won those characters.  We would especially like to thank Nancy Hill who made generous donations in this year's fund raiser (and who has continually supported the GCLS).

Without all of you, the GCLS would have to ask our authors who are participating to contribute towards the cost of this event.  This means that any author who is able to be at P'Town is able to participate at no cost.

If you are able to help support the GCLS' participation at various events around the country throughout the year, please go to our Donate page and specify the donation is for our Events Fund.  We thank you for ongoing support of the GCLS.

IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO PARTICIPATE:

Please only sign up for ONE time slot. There are 32 author reading slots and 10 author chat slots this year.  ALL OPEN SLOTS ARE ON A FIRST COME, FIRST SERVED BASIS.  Once the schedule is full, we will accept five additional names to be on a reserve list.  To be a reserve author, you must be at P'Town, and be available by phone to come and fill in at the last minute.

Women's Week does not yet have their schedule out, so we are unable to determine what other venues will be competing with ours on October 16th and 17th.  If you end up with a conflict that cannot be changed on the other end, we will work with you to try to find a solution (i.e. swap with another author). However we cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate you.

If you would like your name included in our advertisement, we will need you to sign up as quickly as possible.  The original deadline was August 1st.  We will hold off on submitting our ad as long as we possibly can, to maximize the number of authors we can list in our ad.  We will keep the registration page open until October 1st, or until it is full - whichever comes first.

If you would like to order a box lunch from the Sage Inn:

In the past, the Sage Inn has offered pre-arranged box lunches for sale, for our Thursday and Friday events. If you are interested in ordering a box lunch please contact Liz at director@goldencrown.org
